Dude, that's so scuffed. What system integrator did you buy that from? Why did nobody notice or try to validate that the PORTS WORKED before they sent it out??? Why is there adhesive residue on the I/O shield?

One would have to remove the back panel I/O shield so you could use the ports. That involves removing the motherboard which means unplugging most everything attached to it and unscrewing it and then putting it back together again. And THEN the back is just open and stuff.

Definitely contact their support to get a replacement or a refund. That's not acceptable.

Also update on pc: I may have to send it back *anyway* because all of the ports on the back came misaligned and I cannot use a single port on the back, the only ones usable are the hdmi and two USB in the front

hmmm should i buy rdr2…. i was gonna pirate it a while back but my hard drive disconnected while it was torrenting which i think fucked up the files and i haven’t tried again since BUT it’s on sale rn and i have a steam gift card but i don’t usually like to buy games unless i know i’ll like them, hence why i wanted to pirate it first

I've been thinking about getting bby a new hard drive for her bday / christmas! The only thing is I've never like. done anything hardware wise before. But I don't wanna ask my father or anything to help because I know he'll fuck around and put her running on windows 11 or some shit to prove he can do it. So....I'd be doing everything myself, to component replacement to OS installation and that's really nerve-racking ^^;
